We want every customer to be happy with their Xtreme HD IPTV subscription. This policy explains when refunds are issued and how to request one.
Free trial first
We strongly recommend the free 24-hour trial before purchasing. The trial includes the full channel list and VOD library so you can verify quality and device compatibility risk-free.
Refund window
If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the service in the first 24 hours after purchase and cannot be resolved by our support team, we will issue a full refund.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not issued for ISP outages, incompatible devices, change of mind after 24 hours, partially-used subscriptions, or violations of our Terms of Use.
